  1. Default user not licensed in citrix xen app 6

    Good day,

    We have a Citrix Xen App Fundamentals, version 6.

    Now we have created a new user in the Active Directory (working user copied) and if you register via Citrix Receiver, the apps are not loaded even though they are in the group.

    Which was the problem, there were no licenses available, so I called back via QuickStart the old licenses, now 7 licenses are available.

    But when I search the new user, I get the error:
    This user is not licensed

    I am really not a Citrix specialist, so I ask for your advice / tip, how I can license this user.

    What errors are you seeing in the event logs on the Citrix server? Need to determine if it is the Citrix license or Terminal Server license that is the problem.
