    Default Commands to get information about hard drive, ram, cpu

    Hi there,

    i want to know what kind of hard drive, RAM and cpu the vm's running on citrix xencenter there a command that can give me all these informations from every vm at once?? so i don't need to check these informations on every vm

    You can use:

    xe vm-list params=all
    There is a reference here for low level commands to parse the results.

    Here's another reference to parse results using the awk command.

    It's either > filename.txt or >> filename.txt at the end of the command. It will be easier to work with if you use an SSH program like PuTTY instead of the server console in XenCenter. You can use WinSCP to retrieve the file after you pipe the text to it.
