  1. Default Connect to xenapp host using ICA client?

Hi, I'm wondering if I can configure the ICA client to connect to our Xenapp server instead of using the WebBrowser ? All I know is the ipaddress.

You can use the Citrix Quick Launch Tool - http://support.citrix.com/article/CTX122536. You can typically RDP to any Citrix server as well.

You can also use a 3rd party product like VisionApp if you have to manage many connections, plus is supports RDP, ICA, SSH, Web, and external applications. http://www.visionapp.com/germany/sol...e-desktop.html

I'm not sure if I'm stating the right thing. The user wants to connect to the server and launch the citrix menu. I was wondering if that can be done with the ICA client or something in lieu of using the web interface.

I'm not sure exactly what you are asking. The tools I mentioned would give you a desktop on the Citrix server, at which point you could launch any apps that are installed on that server. A simple RDP connection would work just as well.
